Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operations and handle incidents promptly
- Provide helpdesk support to users on outlook support
- Perform other daily administrative tasks
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirement :
- Higher diploma in Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Solid experience in outlook support
- Solid experience in ticketing systems, such as Servicenow
- Solid experience in helpdesk support
- Good communication and personality
- Good spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Less experienced candidates are also welcome
