IT Infrastructure Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team to provide IT infrastructure support and Project Management for Hong Kong office
- Work closely with offshore helpdesk team on infrastructure support
- Assist in Asia Pacific IT project implementation
- Implement IT policies and procedures
- Vendor management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' infrastructure support and project experience
- Experienced in supporting Windows Server, Exchange Server, Hyper-V, Veeam, Netapp, Cisco
- Holder MCSE / CCNA
- Excellent communication skill
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
