Job Accountabilities
- Provide technical support to office and retail shop end-users
- Handle helpdesk call service and provide IT support to the users including PC hardware, Mobile Device, Server, LAN and Office applications software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook Exchange, O365
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 1 year or above working experience in IT technical support
- Hands on experience in PC LAN support and PC, Mobile Device ,AD problem diagnosis
- Experience in Windows platform
- Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
