Our client is a multinational corporation that has business covers 15 locations in APAC Region, they are looking for an enegertic and enthusaistic IT talent to join their Support Team.
Job Duties:
- Remote support regional offices and HK offices
- Supporting MacOS, MS Windows, Office applications and desktop hardware
- Conduct system and network management
- Prepare, install and set up the user workstations and computers
- Perform system monitoring and performance checking including data backup operation
- Assist IT manager in IT projects
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year experience in supporting with experience in Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP network / wifi setup, Microsoft operating systems preferred
- Checkpoint Firewall is an advantage
- Self-motivated, responsible and good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about tech with upbeat momentum
