Job Description:
- To provide daily support on desktop & endpoint devices
- To evaluate new products & technologies related to desktop & endpoint systems
- To coordinate with multiple parties to deliver infrastructure supporting IT projects
- To carry out projects and system enhancement feasibility study
- To provide briefings, documents and guidelines to second level support teams
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years' related working experience
- With solid experience in OS Patching is required
- Good communication and presentation skills
