Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical advisor on the design and functions of the system and maintain knowledge of the Management Information (MI) system
- Assist in defining and formalizing MI system BAU processes and procedures
- Assist in managing incidents, changes and service requests and releases
- Liaise with IT team regarding MI system operational and technical related matters
- Coordinate all MI Operational Readiness, DR and environment changes related activities with IT team
- Support users on system setup and access and related queries/issues/requests
- Responsible for user, group and role management and workflow administration
Job Requirements:
- At least six (6) years' experience in technology role with a broad range of experience, e.g. application development, application support infrastructure
- At least three (3) years' experience in relevant Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence environment (specific technology is not critical but IBM stack is preferred: Cognos, DataStage, DB2)
- IT Service Management experience, in either a support role or having experience transitioning application development projects into support mode
- Experience in design, architecture and implementation of MI / Data Warehouse applications
- Experience in insurance industry desirable, but not required
