As a Middle Office System Implementation Executive, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and configuration of middle office systems related to finance and payroll operations. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth transition and effective utilization of new systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define system requirements, objectives, and implementation timelines for middle office systems related to finance and payroll operations.
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation and configuration of middle office systems, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and IT departments.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and alignment with business processes.
  • Provide end-user training and support, ensuring smooth adoption and proficiency in utilizing the new systems.
  • Collaborate with finance, payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of middle office systems with existing processes, data flows, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and work with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any functional or technical problems.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in middle office system implementation or similar projects.
  • Strong understanding of finance and payroll operations and processes.
  • Familiarity with middle office systems, such as financial management systems, payroll software, HRIS, or related platforms.
  • Experience in configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Fluency/High-proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.
