Responsibilities
- Responsible for network implementation, BAU network change
- Plan and implement system and software upgrades, as well as oversee the hardware installations and configurations
- Collaborate with colleagues regionally and globally to collect the users/project requirement
- Conduct process support including system performance monitoring, health checking, problem diagnosis and resolution
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
- Solid support / project experiences on Cisco Routers/Switches, Checkpoint Firewall
- Experiences on F5 BIG-IP platform (e.g. LTM) , Bluecoat Proxy would be an advantage
- Professional qualification on networking (such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSA) would be an advantage
- Hand on experience on layer 2, layer 3 & routing protocols including TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
- Good communication & problem management skills, including root-cause analysis
