Duties:
- Provide daily technical support for mission critical network infrastructures
- Provide level 1-3 support including first line diagnosis, resolution and root cause analysis of network related problems
- Implement network changes in accordance with the change management process
- Support network infrastructure components including but not limited to router, switches, firewall, load balancer, proxy server, VPN, Infoblox, ACS, WLC…etc
- Utilize network management systems/software and/or appropriate analyzer to collect routine/ad hoc network load statistics, model performance, and create reports
- Need to provide on-call support during non-office hours
Requirements:
- Degree in an engineering, telecommunications, or IT related discipline
- At least 6 years solid working experience on complex network operations and/or maintenance preferably in a regional banking and finance environment
- CCNA / CCNP is a must
- With experiences working in data centre LAN infrastructure environment
- Experiences in network equipment
- Hands on experiences on firewalls VPN, proxy and load balancers would be preferable
- Experience in LAN/WAN standards and protocols (e.g. VLAN, OSPF, SNA, DSLW, BSTUN, MPLS, etc)
- Able to handle perform the daily work assignments with minimal supervision
- Be a good and responsible team player
