Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues or anomalies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages in a timely manner.
- Ensure and maintain the proper function of network.
- Handle and follow up all fault & incident case handling with customer.
- Prepare and organise documentation and solutions
- Be on call 24x7 for escalation from the operation center.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma and above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good Knowledge of data transmission network operation principles and equipment (eg. router, switch, multiplexer).
- Familiarity with LAN/VPN, IP Huawei is a plus
- Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skill
- Strong communication and coordination skill.
- Fluent communication in English is a must.
