ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical expertise and contribute to setting up directions, including design and implementation of IT architecture, and technical standards for ERP Program. Focusing on the solution design with the technology that will help company meet its unique goals
- Evaluate and recommend the use of leading edge technologies and methods, align new technologies with company and department objectives.
- Apply technology management methodologies to define technology strategy, roadmap. Evaluates and implements plans and propose for high impact IT solutions
- Act as or work with Project Manager, provide professional advice on IT project implementations
- Work with other department, different stakeholders and a team of Enterprise Architects to identify and evaluate Business needs and provide solutions when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or master in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems
- 7+ years of experience, with no less than 2 years work as a solutions architect, IT business analyst or related roles
- Preferably with certification and working knowledge of IT Management methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
- Problem solving and analytical skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems
- Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional groups to produce impactful results
- Experience with and understanding of enterprise platforms and solutions and ERP solution
- Communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
