Our client is a MNC system integration company, they are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Project Manager with system development project and good project management skills for their banking / insurance projects.
Responsibilities
- Having project delivery management experience for a team of 8+ people
- Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage project changes such as scope, schedule and costs
- Proven experience in identifying project risks and issues, and making effective decisions/engaging project team members to develop risk mitigation plans
- Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders
Requirement
- Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
- Min 3- 5 years of professional experience in system development projects, ideally from IT Consulting
- Solid experience in project management, solution planning or delivery
- Strong technical background and project management skill
- Strong experience / knowledge in project management tools, techniques, and systems development methodologies and lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile
- Management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal and global business units
- Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity
- Comfortable dealing with 3rd party vendor
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Certification on Project Management will be an advantage
