We are seeking a Candidate Researcher to focus on candidate sourcing and mapping. As a Candidate Researcher, you will play a critical role in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for our clients' job openings. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive candidate research, utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and market mapping to identify potential candidates for specific job roles and industries.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including database searches, online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms, to identify and engage with candidates.
  • Assess candidate suitability for specific job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, capabilities, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to end of the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, fostering long-term connections for future opportunities.


  • Prior experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment research is preferred.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive candidate research using various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
  • Proficiency in utilizing online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple candidate sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of different industries, job markets, and recruitment trends is advantageous.
