Our client is a global conglomerate group, having over a century long of foundation, with a wide diversity of businesses within the portfolio include but not limit to logistics, consumer goods, healthcare and financial services. They're now recruiting a Business Analyst with strong RPA expertise to join the team. The role will cover the design of RPA solutions and how they fit within the business operation as well as managing the projects on relevant deployment.
The responsibilities will include but not limit to:
- Collaborate with different business units' stakeholders to gather business requirement and design process automation solution
- Create and maintain documentation on solution design
- Oversee the development cycle on automation applications, manage the testing process, lead the delivery and handle the relevant maintenance
- Conduct training sessions to business users
- Ensure data integrity and optimize performance
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues
- Assist with project when necessary
The ideal candidate profile would be like:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in a Business/System Analyst function
- Technical proficiency with RPA (especially UiPath) is advantageous
- Knowledge on business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Business Objects and SQL) or performance-tuning of business intelligence systems is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate well with stakeholders across different business divisions
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Mandarin
