Job Overview
- Procurement Performance Management - Data collection and reporting
- Support on data analytics for management and control reporting
- Support helpdesk - both internal user/procurement, external suppliers on procurement and tendering process
- Provide training to users on procurement system usage
- Support Procurement System Enhancement and Testing
- Administration of office computer hardware & software ordering, installation & disposal.
- Administration of supplier registration
- Support office safety and health activities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience on administration and supporting IT System
- AT least 3 years of experience on helpdesk service
- Experience on operations of SAP ERP systems
- Proficiency on Data Analysis using Microsoft Office Tools.
- Fluent on Cantonese, Mandarin & English Speaking
