- Perform Procurement Performance Management includes data collection and reporting
- Support on data analytics for management and control reporting
- Assist helpdesk support for both internal users or external suppliers on procurement and tendering process
- Provide training to users
- Support Procurement System Enhancement and Testing projects
- Work for office computer hardware & software ordering, installation & disposal
- Administration of supplier registration
- Support office safety and health activities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience on IT system support and administration
- AT least 3 years of experience on helpdesk service
- Experience on operations of SAP ERP systems
- Proficiency on Data Analysis using Microsoft Office Tools.
- Fluent on Cantonese, Mandarin & English Speaking
