Specific requirements
- A recognized university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years' IT Industry experience
- Automate operations to attain a high level of efficiency
- Programming knowledge with one of the common programming languages (Java, Python, Go, JavaScript)
- Experience with Scripting language (PowerShell, bash)
- Experience or knowledge with Robotic process automation (RPA) solution (i.e. Blue Prim, Power Automate Desktop)
- Hands on experience with Windows Server platform
- Experience with one of the Enterprise level Monitor solution (i.e. Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, Elastic Stackā¦)
- Experience or knowledge with Microsoft Azure platform
- Experience or knowledge with some of the DevOps technology (Container, Kubernetes, Infra as a code, etc.)
- (nice to have) Experience or knowledge with Alibaba Cloud platform
- Self-initiated, open minded, willing to learn, explore and implement new and emerging technologies
- Sound communication, presentation and influencing skills to work with business, IT colleagues, and external; Strong analytic skills to understand and resolve complex problems
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with great sense of operations ownership and servicing mindset
Responsibilities
- To design and implement Enterprise level Infrastructure and Application monitoring solution on cloud and Data centre environment.
- Route tasks Process streamline and automation
- Design and implement solution for process improvement/automation
- To give some example, and not limited to
- Microsoft Power platform
- Robotic process automation (RPA) solution (i.e. Blue Prim)
- Server scripting
- Self-develop solution
- To perform support, problem resolution and develop guideline or procedure for subsequent maintenance and support
- To participate in project and daily BAU support activities in IT Operations
- To perform other relevant duties
- 24/7 operations may be required
