My client, a well-known SaaS services provider in Japan with more than 20 years of experience in providing E-Commerce solutions' services for big-data analysis. They have recently setup their Hong Kong branch in Causeway Bay and ambitiously seeking for new business opportunities across APAC region.

This ideal candidate will manage business relationships with key partners from the engineering aspect and working closely with the Business Planning Office and Engineering Team in Japan. He & she must be fluent in both English and Cantonese. He or she will provide technical knowledge on product demonstration, make strategic decision and manage project lifecyle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive engineering projects with partners
- Manage relationships with key partners and clients
- Work with BPO and Engineering teams to interpret partner/client requirements and deliver solutions with the end-goal of sales in mind
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit partners/clients and prospects
- Provide answers to partner/client questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the products
- Be able to think critically and suggest improvements to the team that might lead to better product development
- Arrange and lead training for partners/clients
- Research the industry on an on-going basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategy
- Provide feedback to the team as well as R&D for process or product improvement
- Condense information into reports for a wide variety of uses from marketing and sales to engineering
- Provide clear and accurate responses for RFPs and/or contribute technical solutions directly to proposal
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in engineering or a related field
- Fluent in both English/Cantonese
- Communication skill in Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory
- Proven working experience (5+ years) in E-commerce industry or well-known marketing agencies
- Experience in sales/development of AI-based product is preferred
- Development experience in Python is desirable
- Strong ability to quickly comprehend and explain complex engineering concepts in simple, effective term
- Strong networker who can reach out to partners and clients to offer support and assistance
