Job Description:
- With solid Service Desk experience and generic IT knowledge
- Perform level 1 support on troubleshooting, incident Ticket Escalation
- Provide IT system usage support to clients' end users
- Maintain Service Level Agreement on providing technical support service
- Responsible ticket resolving according to case severity
Requriements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or other related subjects
- 3+ years working experience in helpdesk support or IT support call handling
- Good communication and presentatio skills
- Less experience candidates will be consider as Service Desk Agent
