The Job:
· Provide services on planning, implementation and support of complex data network, which includes routers, LAN switches, VPN servers, Firewall, load balancer, etc.
· Provide Technical Account Servicing to Major Customers
· Analyze customer requirements and provide low level network design
· Lead a team to implement and support networking and security solutions
· Liaise with supplier and manufacturer to provide effective support to customer
· Coordinate with internal departments for tender bidding and project implementation
· Provide technical training and documentation to customers
· Perform ad hoc or emergency call out service when required
The Person:
· Degree / Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer or Information Engineering or related disciplines
· At least 2 years' experience in supporting complex network infrastructure projects
· In depth skill in Cisco , H3C or Huawei networking products, Cisco security products or F5 load balancer products
· Holder of CCNP, H3CSE, HCNP, F5 Certified Technology Specialist or equivalent
· Strong problem solving and analytical skill
· Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
· Excellent communication skill in English and Cantonese
· Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Technical Officer/ Technical Officer
