System Support
Responsibilities
- The role is based in our Hong Kong office
- Provide IT support services to end-users in Greater China region
- Analyse and troubleshoot end-users' computer problems
- Perform regular system checks
- Ensure IT systems and services are stable
- Maintain good documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for systems maintenance
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a related discipline
- At least 2 years' relevant working experience
- Solid experience in troubleshooting Windows desktops, software, hardware and network problems
- Knowledge in VMware ESXi, Windows Server, Active Directory, Juniper Firewall, Exchange Server, Skype for Business, Office 365, Window 10 and Polycom IP phones
- Good command of English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Self-motivated, solid problem-solving skills, and able to multi-task effectively
