Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project management on CRM project (Pega);
- Management of the in-house project team and external vendors;
- Plan, schedule and manage system enhancement requests and ad-hoc tasks of the projects;
- Reporting to top management and updating the project statues, budget, etc.;
- Responsible for the development and implementation of performance metrics for reporting
Requirements:
- At least 10 years' experience on IT project management with 5 years' experience in CRM project implementation
- With experience in Pega is a plus
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
