- Provide L1/L2 application support to all parties (internal / external)
- Gather data to for reports to management
- Addressing the clients' service requests and enhancements
- Manage the Support team to align with the compliance of processes for the service
- Ensure the achievement of SLAs and keep the supporting records
- Predict and plan the required timing and service for any maintenance projects
- Degree holder in Business Management, Computer Science or related disciplines with equivalent years of experience
- At least 3 years application support experience
- Proven experience as a supervisor / senior / team lead and potential to be senior management
- Experience in web development in using .Net platform is plus
- Knowledge in MySql, SQL Server or Oracle
- Capable to identify the root cause and provide reasonable resolution
- Strong communication skill and able to speak in both Cantonese and English
