The Job:
- Handle customer order processing including data input of customer order
- Provide administration support and general clerical duties to internal parties
- Handle customer complaints
- Handle telephone/email enquiries
The Person:
- At least 1 year working experience in service industry is preferred
- Good communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Chinese and English Word Processing
- Customer oriented, decent and hard-working
- Immediate available is preferred
