Duties:
- Responsible in entire DDoS protection service, Check Point, Cisco Router/switch, VPN, F5 & Symantec
- Manage customer security incident investigation and response
- Participate in design, implement and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure and daily operation for firewall, router/switch and other network devices
Requirements:
- Higher diploma in networking or IT related subjects
- Professional qualification on networking such as BlueCoat , Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSA would be an advantage
- Solid support experience on Check Point, Cisco Router/switch, VPN, F5, Symantec & cybersecuirty
- Experience on enterprise level network setup and troubleshooting skill would be an advantage
- Maintain daily operation for firewall, router/switch and other network devices
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting skills
- Good communication & problem management skills, including root-cause analysis
- Participate in on-call rotation is required
