Job description:
- Provide on-site/off-site installation or support to network device such as switch/firewall/security appliance
- Provide staff outsourcing service to customer for the networking administration activity
- Data center patching related work
- Create and maintain the documentation about the network device configuration, inventory and layout
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in IT/Computer science
- CCNA is preferred
- More than 2 years network supporting experience is preferred
- Cisco/Huawei/Fortinet network device installation support experience
- Wireless router or access point installation and support experience
- Non-office or standby work may be needed with additional allowance
- Fresh graduates will be considered
