Business System Analyst
- Document functional specifications through process models, screen flows and business domain models.
- Review and analyse business requirements and technical requirements.
- Ensure all applications and processes meeting service level standards.
- Ensure requirements are consistent, complete, well defined and prioritized.
- Responsible for reports development, system integrations, system testing & unit test configurations.
- Perform and develop configurations for applications to meet business processes and technical needs.
- Provide application support when necessary.
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience.
- Experience in system integrations and testing for various software applications.
- Hands-on experience in ERP and CRM systems e.g. Oracle EBS, salesforce.com.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms would be highly preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge in business process re-engineering.
