Job Duties:
- Provide proficient configuration, installation, testing, technical operational or user support on system hardware, software or services
- Prepare requirement specifications of IT solutions and cases of testing; maintain system documentations and reports
- Provide day-to-day IT technical support such as system administration, system programming, configuration management, change management, and review the standards and guidelines of IT solutions
- Implement technical infrastructure enhancements
- Monitor systems connectivity, performance and security control
- Prepare user guide and conduct user training
- Provide after office hours system support
Job Requirements:
- Must have 4 years' or above IT related working experience with 1 year in similar capacity
- Higher diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in administration, implementation and support in any one or more of the following areas:
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and PC patch management
- Active Directory and Microsoft Group Policy
- PC configuration management and clone image
- TCP/IP networking
- Visual Basic and PowerShell scripting
- Experience in Network infrastructure setup: Routing and switching, Load balancer
- Experience in OS platform support: Linux
- Experience in Public cloud experience i.e. AWS, Azure
- Experience in end-user support experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
