Successful candidates will be placed in Public Sector to provide PC LAN Helpdesk Support:
Job Description:
- Provide helpdesk service to computer end users;
- Carry out on-site support and provide recovery action according to prescribed procedures;
- Assist in workstation or networked equipment setup, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation/relocation and perform site preparation work;
- Provide logging and assist in preparing statistics and reports;
- Maintain inventory records of end-user computer hardware, perform physical checks and maintain procedure manuals and documentation;
- Perform system administrative tasks such as user account administration according to prescribed procedures;
- Install and test hardware and software, and any other system tools; and
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Must have 5 subjects passed in HKCEE inlcuding English and Chinese
- Must have atleast 2 years' PC Lan Support experience
- Hands-on experience in Windows 8/7/10 and Lotus Notes Mail Admin & Technical Support
- Requires to do on-site support / visit different branches
