To provide daily technical and operational support of the client. Monitoring systems and call centres support services.
To provide guidance to the users for setting up and on usage of the E-Quarantine Support
System, by monitoring the mobile app
- To provide technical and operational support of the mobile app and device
- To provide helpdesk support to the public about the mobile app, associated devices and related issues
- To assist in monitoring the mobile app and associated devices
- To assist supervisor to monitor the work of service providers for delivery of anti-epidemic packs and
- To assist in daily administrative duties, including preparation of daily statistical reports
- To test the app for bug fixing and enhancement
- To support the logistic / stock control of home quarantine devices (e.g. Inventory control of e-wristbands
and collection of e-wristbands from service provider)
- To carry out any other activities which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of the operation
- Candidate should have knowledge on using Android and iOS mobile phone
- Candidate should be familiar with EXCEL including the usage of macro and formula
- Candidate should have good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
- Working on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays on roster basis is required
- Overnight work is NOT required
