Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing the potential IT systems to support the open data policy and implementing the systems;
- Review and validate the carbon emission data
- Assist in consolidating the emission data and preparing data reports
- Explore and assist in the implementation of Electronic Submission Hub (ESH) for effective distribution of information;
- Devise suitable IT solution to hand the data-intensive operations, including automation of data processing
Requirements:
- Holder of Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- At least 2 years' experience in Project Management;
- Experience in Window 7/8/10, Computer Aided Design and Web Programming;
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Vendor Management
