Job Description
- Provide infrastructure managed services
- Handle and escalate problems
- Real time monitoring systems & network healthiness
- Provide technical support and daily operations
- Conduct routine system health check
- Produce performance reports
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in IT subjects
- At least 2-5 years working experience on system architecture and integration
- Strong technical experience on infrastructure large-scale project implementations
- Experienced in coordinate and communicate effectively with other technologists in the view of project completion
- Technical experience in virtualization solution deployment, such as VMWare vSphere, Hyper-V, OpenShift, etc
- Hands on experience in installing and configuring Network Products, such as Cisco /Huawei Switch, Fortigate Firewall, Load Balancer…etc
- Solid experience in implementing backup (Netbackup) and storage (HPE 3PAR, HPE MSA, HPE StoreOnce, Nimble) solution
