Our client is an International online payment gateway company, they are looking for a Customer Services Officer for their CS team daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond and resolve customer inquiries to Mandarin inquiries, requests and concerns using phone, email, chat and social media quickly and effectively
  • Ensuring that our customers in China receive exceptional support from start-to-finish
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team
  • Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support
  • Become an expert on our services for our customers in the designated market
  • Provide feedbacks to the company to advocate for our customers in the designated market


Requirements

  • Mandarin or Cantonese mother tongue or at a very high level
  • Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing)
  • Able to work in HK with valid visa such as dependent/ IANG visa or Permanent Resident in HK
  • Service-oriented mind, pleasant, and verbal
  • Detail-oriented
  • Multi-tasker and quick learner
  • Fresh Graduate is also welcomed
  • 1-3 years of Relevant experience will be a plus
