Our client is an International online payment gateway company, they are looking for a Customer Services Officer for their CS team daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries to Mandarin inquiries, requests and concerns using phone, email, chat and social media quickly and effectively
- Ensuring that our customers in China receive exceptional support from start-to-finish
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team
- Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support
- Become an expert on our services for our customers in the designated market
- Provide feedbacks to the company to advocate for our customers in the designated market
Requirements
- Mandarin or Cantonese mother tongue or at a very high level
- Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing)
- Able to work in HK with valid visa such as dependent/ IANG visa or Permanent Resident in HK
- Service-oriented mind, pleasant, and verbal
- Detail-oriented
- Multi-tasker and quick learner
- Fresh Graduate is also welcomed
- 1-3 years of Relevant experience will be a plus
