Responsibilities :
- Provide professional service in handling inbound calls from local & overseas clients
- Handle client's enquiries and complaints regarding following up service request in professional and timely manner
- Perform installation of MS office
Requirements :
- F.7 or above
- 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in call centre and IT services environment.
- Customer service oriented, good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Strong computer skills
