- Assist the manager on several aspects including website daily animation, optimizations, maintenance, and quality assurance
Key Accountability
- Update website content and maintain web publishing by using Content Management System; gathering requirements
- Animate website Homepages and key promotions areas and maintain animation plan based on Managers' inputs
- Handle simple copy writing / text editing and image editing
- Handle external vendors when required for content production (banners, images, HTML, copy writing)
- Write user stories in accordance with Business needs (based on manager's inpu) for website optimization and ongoing improvement
- Participate to weekly sprint planning meeting with IT team, and relay user stories briefing
- Perform User Acceptance Testing, raise defects if any and follow up with IT team and resolution
- Perform BVT user testing on production website
- Log weekly & daily Health Check results and follow up any bug resolution with IT teams
- Maintain team mailbox access and ensure reporting of all incidents into appropriate tools
- Liaise with IT teams in case of incidents to ensure resolution within agreed SLA as part of Quality Assurance process
- Get data reports on website usage based on Google Analytics tool and prepare high-level analysis to support Website
- Provide administration support to the Website & eCommerce Team
