As part of the Support Team, you are responsible for:
- To provide helpdesk and technical support for users requests in the areas of desktop computing and applications.
- To troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, networking, and telecommunication equipment and configuration management of PCs
- To perform any other IT related assignments. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in Helpdesk / Internal Support
- Good knowledge in desktop/Web applications, Windows 7/XP, Windows 8, patch and configuration management software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Actual Directory, Internet, Security and Email
- Proficiency in Chinese and English communication skills
