Job Description
- Execute User Acceptance Tests ("UAT") according to test plans/scripts and document UAT results in templates provided
- Support reports generation and preparation incluidng emails, calls, etc.
- Perform backfill role for channel sales and marketing in daily activities
- Carry out administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Can work under time pressure and deliver as required
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Bachelor degree holder
- Preferred if candidate possesses insurance knowledge especially in Insurance Administration support
- Able to use MS Office efficiently including Excel (such as Pivot Table)
- Fluent in reading and writing English; native Cantonese speaking
