Job Specification
- Own the EV charging services system requirements, roadmap, milestones, performance measures, and priorities to ensure we are building the right EV infrastructure and solutions
- Source and lead the technical evaluation of key technologies to deliver the proof of concept and lay the groundwork for large scale deployment of EV charging services
- Focus on solid, rapid execution, guiding critical trade-offs in product requirements in order to ensure product market fit
- Build use cases, business process flow charts and conduct ongoing user acceptance testing, product quality sign-off, and product documentation
- Continuously leverage data to understand user behaviours and inform product and design improvements
- Have your finger on the pulse of emerging EV charging technologies, and assess their relevance to company and EV stakeholders
Requirements
- A University Degree from Business school or related discipline or Masters degree in engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience as Product Manager
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Personal interest for Energy transition, electric vehicles, home automation, renewable energies and software is a plus.
- Possess deep knowledge of software product management, UX & UI, cross-functional requirement gathering and prioritisation
- An ability to intake complex requirements from stakeholders, make data-driven decisions, and communicate the appropriate next step
- An agile mindset which allows you to maintain a cohesive product vision while optimising the smallest details
- Entrepreneurial instincts and an ability to pick up work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn
- An interest in sustainability, green energy and zero emissions transport
- Experience with the transportation or logistics industry, with particular focus on electric vehicle infrastructure is highly desirable
