Successful candidates will be contracted to our client in public sector to perform the below duties:
- Maintain hardware inventory records and proper filing of related documents.
- Provide helpdesk support on IT systems, desktop & office applications.
- Assist in application testing & support.
- Provide on-site support at hospitals when required.
- 5 subjects passed in HKCEE (includes Chinese and English Syllabus B) in Information Technology, Computing subjects or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years post qualification IT working experience of which 1 year experience in similar capacity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, work independently and under pressure.
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
- Familiar with clinical/laboratory operation and environment.
- Experience on Windows Powershell script and Windows Active Directory would be an advantage.
