Successful candidates will be contracted to our client in public sector to perform the below duties:
- Provide technical support to PC and Compurer systems;
- Provide computer operator support to server;
- Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, plotters, IP phones, CCTV system, TV wall and scanners;
- Carry out software rollout, PC health checking and upgrade.
- 5 subject passed in HKCEE including English and Chinese;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in PC Support and Helpdesk service;
- On-shift working (including overnight shift) is required;
- Good communication skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
