- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various desktop related projects
- Coordinate shared drive migration to Teams
- Facilitate new office setup
- Process Harmonization
- Workplace software upgrade projects
- Teams Meeting Room implementation
- Managed Print Services implementation
- Other ad-hoc work assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- With at least 1 year working experience in desktop support and project coordination
- Desktop technologies - Windows, SCCM, active directory, O365
- Video conferencing, web conferencing, webcast technologies
- Excellent project coordination & documentation skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
