Successful candidate will be seconded to our client in public sector to provide System Support:
Job Description:
- To support mission-critical systems and related hardware and software
- To resolve problems
- To handle production incident timely
- To apply patches to systems
- To provide technical advice to project team
- To provide first line support on a roster basis if necessary
- To provide other services when required
Requirement Details: - Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' experience in IT and atleast 1 year in similar capacity
- Knowledge in system support is required
- Experience in Cloud computing or Linux support is an advantage
