Operators
Duties:
- Responsible for operation of computer system and IT infrastructure in Operation Center
- Operate and maintain the building facilities inside Operation Center
- Carry out installation work of server rack and network cable
- Carry out fault identification and restoration job on IT system, network and infrastructure
- Communicate with customers on service provisioning and service restoration tasks.
- Require to work in 7 x 24 shift duties
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Information Technology / Form 5 or DSE graduate with 1 year related experience
- At least 1-2 years hands-on experience in Data Center
- Basic operation skills on various OS system (Windows, Linux/Unix)
- Good communication in both English and Chinese
Team Leader
Duties:
- Lead a small team to carry out Cloud service provision
- Support tier 1 restoration of Cloud services
- Plan resource and manage the operation in Data Center meeting the requirement of ISO20000 & 27001
- Carry out emergency support duties in Data Center
- Assist supervisor to formulate operation procedures
- Require to work in 7 x 24 shift duties
Requirements:
- Higher Certificate in Information Technology
- At least 5 year experiences in Data Center
- Acquired Certified Data Ceter Professional (CDCP) qualification
- Acquired ITIL or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) is a plus
- Customer Oriented
- Good communication in both English and Chinese
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
