Duties:
- Perform daily health checking
- Perform setup, configuration and troubleshoot on PABX system
- Create extension in Communication Manager (CM) and reset voice mail password in Modular Messaging (MM)
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in IT subjects
- At least 1-2 years solid experience in PABX system
- Good knowledge in Windows, Linux and Avaya IP
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese
- Good communication skills and customer oriented
