Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-site support service of PC , NB & Printer hardware maintenance / Troubleshooting
- Responsible for PC , NB & Printer Hardware Troubleshooting
- Responsible for user acceptance test
- Update services details in vendor system and report to supervisor
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Windows OS platform
- Basic PC knowledge
- At least 1 year working experience in PC and NB
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
