Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Platform and PMO Lead, you will be responsible for delivery of multiple platform projects within digitalisation programme
- You will work with teams of technologists with specialities in Software Development, Hybrid Cloud, Identity & Access Management and Data Platforms to implement data submission platform and other platforms in the digitalisation programme
- As the project manager, you plan, execute and monitor projects including quality assurance and risk management, manage budget and submit progress reports to business and technology stakeholders
- Engage stakeholders through clear communication, manage their understanding, expectations and involvement in the digitalisation programme
- Manage vendors to ensure on time project delivery according to company standard
- Work with Digitalisation Programme PMO to support programme level reporting
- Keep abreast of relevant technological advancements, and development of regulatory compliance and industry best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields
- At least five years of experience in project / programme management
- Experience in managing software development projects is a must
- Experience in managing cross departmental projects in enterprise environment is a must
- Experience in managing cloud projects and identity provider project is preferable
- Good knowledge of agile methodology and DevSecOps
- Exposure in latest technology in K8s and API, both commercial and open source
- Team management and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, creative and with proven track record in developing and driving firm-wide initiatives
- Ability to do researches and analyses thoroughly and resourcefully
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills
