Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new analyses, metrics and reports to provide insightful recommendations to customers and digital product team members
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Collaborate with internal partners to reveal insights that lead to decision making conclusions
- Develop and implement automation processes to automate all manual reporting activities
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Participate and actively engage in strategic initiatives which require analytic support
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Skills
- University Degree holder in Analytics, MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or another analytical discipline with proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
- At least 3 years work experience in report writing using any tools such as PowerBI, Tableau
- Scripting experience in any of Python, Perl, R, VBA Macros is a must
- A keen eye and skills to develop visualization is a must
- Ability to learn quickly to automate data extractions and reporting
- Knowledge of data analytics best practices as they relate to optimizing financial performance, labour efficiency and customer service
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and be self-directed with workload
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
