Job Duties
- Perform the system and jobs monitoring
- Responsible for the system health check
- Handle the hotline, service desk services and problem escalation
- Handle backup tape and daily report printing
- Prepare monthly reports
Job Requirements
- Diploma / degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline
- At least 1 year operation experience in supporting Unix based systems and Windows platform
- Basic PC troubleshooting skills would be an advantage
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Willing to work on public holidays & 7x24 roster
- Shift is required
