Duties

- Deliver service management and support to enterprise clients

- Monitor service level agreement and ensure its committed effectively

- Conduct review meeting, product/service presentations to clients regualry

- Handle complaint, manage technical support and analyze fault ticket

- Follow ISO 9001, 20000, 27001 procedure

Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related discipline

- Minimum 3 years in ISP/Telecommunication industry

- Work experience/knowledge in Cisco routers and Firewall Configuration

- Good communication skill, strong customer service and problem solving skills
