Our client is a International insurance company, they are looking for a System Analyst with hand on Networking experience candidate for our client expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and solving computer system faults or problems, including operating systems, email application (O365) and network
- Maintaining all network devices including switch, firewall and router
- Managing IT Infrastructure projects with Suppliers and Application team
- Providing support documentation, including procedural manuals, to ensure that computer operation & helpdesk processes are in compliance with corporate IT policy & standard
- Document all problems and support issues; work with vendors, local & regional IT teams and end users to resolve them
- Manage user accounts and the related systems security aspects
- Work on assigned tasks from inception to post-implementation (or refer to 3rd parties, if applicable)
- Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time
- Managing vendors relationship to ensure deployment of quality outsourcing services
- Test & implement new network infrastructure (MPLS)
- Setup disaster recovery (DR) site and act as IT DR coordinator for annual DR drills
- Prepare and Manage ISO27001 IT audit with Internal/External auditors
- Assist IT manager to update weekly IT status report
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science or related discipline
- At least 5 years solid experience in IT Network and Infrastructure
- Hands on network maintenance experience including LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS
- Certified Cisco Network Engineer
- Experience in Cisco router, switch and firewall configuration
- Experience in maintenance of Windows and Linux system (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, RedHat Linux)
- Experience in maintenance of VMWare Virtualization & SAN Storage system
- Experience in supporting Microsoft O365 Email System
- Experience in Cisco CUCM call logging systems would be an added advantage
- Understand IT Change Management Control and Users Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Work independently
- Good trouble shooting, problems solving and communications skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
